Friends of Crystal Beach Helps
FOCB Vice President Gayle Martineau and President Don Lubberts helped hand out free meals for the Ridgeway Lions at the Crystal Ridge Community Centre in April. The FOCB has donated $1000. towards the Ridgeway Lions' effort.
Dr. Brett Appel of Dominion Dentistry on Dominion Road in Ridgeway donated tooth paste and tooth brushes to the St. Vincent DePaul Society Food Bank in Crystal Beach on May 7.
On May 7, FOCB Director Ray Rivard (l) and VP Gayle Martineau(r) presented a cheque for $250. to Kathleen Kiss (left of Gayle) of the Crystal Ridge Community Church to help towards their twice weekly free meals given away from the church's location on Elmwood Avenue in Crystal Beach.
